The G series is the ideal optical sorting machine for asparagus with a capacity of up to 43,200 spears/hour.
We have suceeded in modifying the mechanical workflow by means of this new series in such a way that unequalled performance can be obtained with the minimum amount of personnel. The compact version Opti-Sort GM allows you to sort the asparagus using video technology with only three people.
